Kate joined Loom in 2025 and has ten years of agency recruitment behind her, all of it in HR, across national and international markets. She covers the full HR remit, including L&D, Reward, Internal Communications, ED&I and Talent, with a focus on mid to senior appointments.

HR expertise travels across sectors. So while Loom specialises in logistics and supply chain, Kate works with a wide range of industries, partnering with our specialist consultants so a client gets one joined-up read rather than two separate conversations.

Outside work Kate likes a target in the diary, be it CrossFit, Hyrox or a marathon for charity. Weekends belong to Lola, her seven-year-old Cockapoo, and to the properties she renovates with her other half, where she has recently earned promotion to chief tape measure holder.
