What working together looks like.
The Brief: It always starts with a conversation. We'll meet you before we take on the brief, on site wherever we can, because it's much harder to recruit for an environment you've never stood inside. We'll assess the role with you properly, core requirements, what it really involves day to day and reversely what the candidate market will want to see from you. If it sits outside our wheelhouse, we'll tell you.
The way of working: We work either exclusively or on a search basis ensuring mutual alignment to the commitment of time and search depth the process deserves meaning you have a dedicated, sector specialist resource - rather than a generalist agency approach offering a diluted multi-agency effort.
Shortlisting: We work through the market long list so you only actually meet the best. Usually plenty of people can do the job on paper, what matters is who'll fit your business and team culture.
Onboarding & Aftercare: We manage the offer from the very first conversation, on both the candidate & client side ensuring minimal lost time to failed processes. Once onboard, our aftercare programme kicks in during the notice period, start date and the first few months as a minimum. Our clients repeatedly come back, and that only happens if the hire sticks.
Ongoing Partnership: Your account sits as a valued customer of at least one of our sector desks, so when a second or third role comes up, the people who already know you pick it up.
What you can expect from us.
How a search runs, step by step.
We meet clients in person wherever we can.
That structure is rare in recruitment, and it is why our shortlists land: the person on your brief already knows the people and the money in your market.
The Brief.
A JD is only half the story, so we start with a call and then come and see you, on site wherever we can, to understand the role and the culture around it before we go to market. If it sits outside our core specialism, we'll tell you at the start.
Proof inside 24 hours.
For core market roles you'll see at least two strong, hireable CVs within 24 hours. They aren't your shortlist yet. They're our way of showing we've understood your need while the full search carries on.
We aim for six at the most on a shortlist.
We work through the market long list and shortlist typically six people we've interviewed ourselves, chosen to fit your team culturally as much as technically. We move as quickly as the role needs us to, because an empty seat costs.
Secure your hire, we stay close.
We manage the offer from the very first conversation, on both sides, so less time is lost to failed processes. Our aftercare then runs through the notice period and the start date, with check-ins at one, four and twelve weeks. Our clients come back, and that only happens if the hire sticks.
One phone call, four sectors.
We only work on roles in our core space, rather than accept just any brief. Within it, the team that fills your logistics and supply chain roles looks after your HR, finance and commercial hires too, so one call covers all four sectors.
Some of the work we're proud of.
Got a live role? Send it over.
If you'd rather not jump on a call yet, send us the details and the right specialist will come back to you, usually the same day.

Being smaller means you deal directly with an experienced specialist from the first call to the start date, and your brief gets their full attention whatever its size. It's a big part of why most of our clients stay with us.
It can do at first glance. A contingent race tends to put the same few candidates in front of you from several agencies while the seat sits empty and costs you every week. One partner fully committed to the role usually fills it faster, with someone who stays.
Most of our clients did too. They kept us on because one team covering operations, finance, HR and commercial roles is simpler to work with than several agencies who don't talk to each other.
For most roles you'll have six qualified people within days of the brief, because we're already talking to the market before you call us.
We put the work in up front to stop that happening, and we stay close after the start date with check-ins at one, four and twelve weeks. If something isn't working, we'd much rather hear about it early and help put it right.
Usually more than our fee. An empty operations seat costs you output and overtime every day it's vacant, and we're always happy to run those numbers with you.
