Simon has worked in recruitment for over twenty-five years, most of them in HR and talent. He has partnered with leading brands across commerce and industry, from FTSE 50 names to SMEs, covering everything from HR generalist and talent roles through HR operations and reward to executive appointments, and he covers senior finance roles too. Typical hires run from mid-management to Chief People Officer.
The way he works has not changed in two decades: long-term relationships with clients and candidates, built on open and honest advice.
Outside work Simon is a committed armchair sportsman, with golf and rugby top of the list and cricket close behind.
