Robyn has over eight years in recruitment, seven of them in logistics. She has worked on both sides of the fence, in agency and in in-house talent acquisition, so she knows what a hiring manager needs from a shortlist and what a candidate needs to hear before saying yes.

As Talent Attraction Lead she works across the UK and Europe on every Loom desk, finding and looking after the candidates behind the placements. Her approach is straightforward and honest, and it starts with the person rather than the vacancy.

Off duty, life revolves around her little boy: outdoors when the weather allows and at the beach whenever they can get there. She is also a self-confessed gin connoisseur, always on the lookout for a new favourite bottle or the perfect G&T.
