Matt runs Loom's Operations and Commercial desks from London with two briefs: the South of the UK, and building out Loom's US offering. He places middle management through to senior appointments, with almost twenty years in recruitment behind him and a network that runs from owner-managed SMEs to global FTSE-listed businesses.

Much of his work arrives the quiet way: clients and candidates he has placed before, coming back with the next brief. He listens before he acts, and he cares more about what a business really needs than what the job spec says. That is why the partnerships last.

Away from the desk Matt is a husband and father of three, happiest planning where the family will travel next. He is also part of the 5am club, training two or three times a week with F3, a workout community built around men's mental and physical health.
