Kieran works across Loom's logistics and finance desks, recruiting operations roles in the North and finance and accounting roles across the UK and EMEA. Approaching five years in recruitment, he has deliberately worked across disciplines and industries rather than settling into one specialism, in both UK and international markets.

Two of those years were spent in the Netherlands, placing candidates with clients including Tesla, Under Armour, Versuni and S4 Capital. That grounding suits a finance desk, where the best candidates move between sectors and no two briefs look the same.

Football has shaped most of Kieran's life outside work. He came through the academy at Nottingham Forest from nine to twenty-one, playing with and against players now in the Premier League, and still plays semi-professionally for Eastwood CFC. Between matches he watches the mighty Reds at the City Ground.
