Joe Tinsley.
Joe has spent eight years placing mid to senior logistics roles covering the North UK, long enough that most of the people he works with have stopped being clients or candidates and become long-term partners. That is the way he wants it.
His route in ran through a History degree at Nottingham Trent, coffee shops, retail banking and some well-placed encouragement from Matt Simpson. He has never recruited by the book. Honest advice, real relationships, and staying around long enough to see whether a placement worked: that is the job as Joe sees it, in a sector full of practical people who keep everything moving.
Outside work he coaches two grassroots football teams and still turns out himself, not quite as well as he claims. The admin can wait.
