Abbi has ten years of recruitment experience in the HR sector, including time at Page Group, before crossing to the other side of the desk in regional HR roles at UPS and Boots. Not many HR recruiters have actually worked in HR; Abbi has.

At Loom she supports the HR offering at management level, and she also runs Loom's internal HR and people strategy, so the business practises what it places.

At home Abbi is mum to Olivia and Lottie, and the one who keeps the family's daily logistics moving. What little time is left goes on PT sessions, Pilates and the nail salon.
