A new 760,000 sq. ft. site in Lutterworth had a non-negotiable customer go-live date, and 48 brand new management roles to fill across the warehouse, inventory, contract management & analytics functions, including the new site leader themselves.

Matt, our founder, and Luke, one of our Midlands operational leads, sat down with Bleckmann's leadership team, agreed what good looked like for each role, department and overall site cultural objectives, working alongside each other from that day on. As priorities moved, which they did quickly, the two teams moved with them.

All 48 managers were in place before the fixed go-live date. The go-live went ahead as planned, the site outperformed anticipated volumes from week 2, and to date this is still one of the projects Loom is proudest of.
